SkyGorgor ("we", "us") operates the SkyGorgor car listing website and mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you browse inventory, sign in, or use sharing features.
Information we collect
- Account details — When you sign in, we process your username and password to authenticate you. Staff roles and permissions are managed by your organisation.
- Usage and analytics — We record anonymous visitor identifiers (for example the
sgg_vidcookie on the website) and activity events such as car searches, car views, and WhatsApp share actions. These help us understand how the service is used and improve listings. - Device and app data — The iOS app may send basic client headers so we can distinguish app traffic from the website. We do not collect precise location from the app for advertising.
- Credentials stored on your device — If you choose "Remember me", your username and password may be stored locally in your browser or device keychain so you can sign in again without retyping them.
How we use information
- Provide access to car listings and staff features you are authorised to use.
- Generate share links and captions when you share listings on WhatsApp or other apps.
- Monitor service performance, security, and usage trends.
- Respond to support requests from your organisation.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal information. When you tap Contact or Share on WhatsApp, you choose to open WhatsApp or the system share sheet — those services are governed by their own policies. Listing data is hosted on our infrastructure providers that help us run the SkyGorgor platform.
Retention and security
We keep account and activity records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Access to staff accounts is protected by authentication and role-based permissions. Please use a strong password and do not share your login credentials.
Your choices
- Turn off "Remember me" if you do not want credentials stored on your device.
- Clear browser cookies to remove the anonymous visitor identifier on the website.
- Contact your SkyGorgor administrator to update or remove staff account access.
